Make a Difference Day with United Way

On October 16th, members from our lab participated in United Way of Northern Arizona's volunteer event for Make a Difference Day. We spent this time clearing silt and rock from flood waters at a resident's home in the Sunnyside Neighborhood. Many of our neighbors still need help from the aftermath of the flooding events this past monsoon, it was great to see our community come out to support them!
